Instead of juggling multiple swag vendors and spreadsheets, enterprises centralize strategy, sourcing, storage, and shipping with a single partner.
How does Imprint Engine help enterprises manage branded merchandise and swag?
Imprint Engine helps enterprises manage branded merchandise by providing one integrated system for product design, sourcing, inventory, and global fulfillment. Who is Imprint Engine Enterprise best suited for?
Imprint Engine Enterprise is best suited for distributed organizations managing swag, gifting, and events across multiple regions, brands, and business units. Typical stakeholders include marketing, sales, HR and people leaders, events teams, and procurement who need consistent brand experiences and better control over spend.
How is Imprint Engine different from a typical swag vendor or corporate gifting platform?
Imprint Engine is different from a typical swag vendor because it combines creative strategy, owned global logistics, and proprietary software instead of just selling products. Unlike standalone gifting or swag platforms, Imprint Engine operates its own facilities and IEX platform so enterprises can automate design, sourcing, and fulfillment with full visibility and support.

Enterprise-Grade Use Cases for Swag, Gifting & Events
What is the IEX platform?
The IEX platform is Imprint Engine’s proprietary brand experience management software that goes beyond a typical swag management tool. IEX lets you collaborate on products, manage inventory, launch stores, automate gifting, and ship globally while giving admins control over budgets, users, and integrations in one secure hub.
How does IEX help with governance, budgets, and approvals?
IEX helps with governance by offering role-based access, department-level visibility, and budget controls so you can limit which teams see specific products and how much they can spend. Admins can set budgets by department, region, or business unit, manage users and currencies, and review activity, which creates a clear approval and accountability structure.
Can we manage multiple brands, regions, or business units in IEX?
Yes. IEX is built to support complex enterprise structures, including multiple organizations under one agreement, multi-country inventory, and multi-currency budgets. You can separate access, catalogs, and reporting by brand, region, or business unit while still keeping everything under a single global infrastructure.
What integrations does IEX support (SSO, HRIS, CRM, and more)?
IEX integrates with leading tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, and other HR or CRM platforms, as well as SSO providers and Zapier. These integrations let you automate corporate gifting and employee milestones, manage user access with SSO, and connect your existing systems to IEX so branded experiences fit naturally into current workflows.
What reporting and analytics are available in IEX?
IEX provides reporting on orders, sends, shipments, inventory levels, and user activity so you can see what is being sent, where, and why in real time. Enterprises can use these analytics to understand program performance, prevent stockouts with low-inventory alerts, and justify spend with clear, exportable data.
Global Operations: Inventory, Fulfillment & Sustainability
Can Imprint Engine support global shipping and fulfillment?
Yes. Imprint Engine supports global shipping and fulfillment with owned warehouses in North America, EMEA, and APAC and the ability to ship to over 180 countries. Our teams handle decoration, storage, picking, packing, and customs support so your swag programs work consistently across regions.
Where are Imprint Engine’s warehouses and operations located?
Imprint Engine operates offices and warehouses in the United States, Ireland, and India, with additional capabilities across Europe and Asia to support local production and fulfillment. This global footprint allows us to keep timelines, quality, and compliance consistent around the world.
Can Imprint Engine take over our existing swag inventory?
Yes. Imprint Engine can intake your existing swag inventory into our warehouses and make it available inside the IEX platform. Once onboarded, teams can see accurate stock levels, use items in campaigns and stores, and avoid waste by drawing down existing inventory before creating new products.
Who owns the inventory and how is it managed?
In most enterprise programs, your company owns the inventory while Imprint Engine manages storage, decoration, picking, packing, and global fulfillment. IEX provides real-time visibility into inventory levels, low-stock warnings, and inventory reports so you maintain financial ownership with operational peace of mind.
How does Imprint Engine approach sustainability and ethical sourcing?
Imprint Engine approaches sustainability by prioritizing products that are durable, reusable, and made with environmentally conscious materials, and by working with over 100 eco-focused vendors and suppliers. Through Imprint Impact, we also support local communities, avoid forced labor in our vendor network, and donate overstock inventory to nonprofits instead of sending it to landfills.
Commercial Model, Rebates & Procurement Alignment
How does pricing work for enterprise customers?
Pricing for enterprise customers combines your IEX plan with the scope of services—such as creative, integrations, online stores, and global fulfillment—alongside product and shipping costs. After a discovery conversation, Imprint Engine proposes a tailored plan that aligns with your program volume, regions, and integration needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all pricing model.
What is the IEX Rebate program and how does it work?
The IEX Rebate program turns your product purchases into future rewards by giving you 2% back on all product purchases with IEX Pro and up to 5% back with IEX Enterprise. The rebate is based on a tiered system, applies globally, and every eligible order contributes toward credits you can use on future product purchases.
Is there a minimum spend or cap on IEX rebates?
No. There is no minimum spend to start earning rebates, and there is no cap on the amount you can earn. Rebate earnings begin with your first qualifying product purchase and scale as your total spend grows over the course of your IEX plan.
How does Imprint Engine work with procurement and finance teams?
Imprint Engine works with procurement and finance teams by consolidating swag and gifting vendors into one platform-driven partner, standardizing contracts, and centralizing spend. With IEX reporting and budget controls, plus a rebate program and Coupa certification, procurement can manage compliance while finance gains clearer visibility into global branded merchandise investment.
Does Imprint Engine support procurement tools like Coupa?
Yes. Imprint Engine is Coupa certified, which makes it easier to connect branded merchandise and gifting programs to your existing procurement workflows and approval processes. This alignment helps large organizations control spend while still giving teams access to the swag and gifts they need.
Security, Privacy & Compliance Standards
Is Imprint Engine secure and compliant for enterprise use?
Imprint Engine is designed for enterprise use, with security and compliance built into the IEX platform and operations. We support SSO and SCIM, are PCI compliant for payment processing, operate under GDPR and SSPA commitments, and are working toward ISO 27001 certification.
How does Imprint Engine handle data privacy and customer data?
Imprint Engine handles data privacy by using your information only to administer your account and deliver the services you request, in line with GDPR and our published privacy practices. You can manage communication preferences and access, and our team can work directly with your legal and privacy stakeholders as part of security review and onboarding.
Does Imprint Engine support SSO and user provisioning (SSO/SCIM)?
Yes. IEX supports SSO and SCIM so you can manage user access to the platform using your existing identity provider. This makes it easier for IT to onboard and offboard users, enforce strong authentication, and maintain centralized control over who can access stores, campaigns, and inventory.
Can Imprint Engine work with our security, legal, and privacy teams during review?
Yes. Imprint Engine regularly partners with security, legal, and privacy teams at enterprise clients to complete reviews and share documentation. We provide details on infrastructure, data flows, compliance posture, and contractual terms so your internal stakeholders can evaluate and approve the solution with confidence.
Enterprise Onboarding, Rollout & Ongoing Support
What does onboarding and implementation look like for enterprises?
Onboarding for enterprise clients typically starts with discovery to map your teams, regions, systems, and use cases, followed by a phased rollout plan. That plan can include inventory intake, IEX configuration, store launches, integrations, and training so your internal stakeholders adopt the new global swag management system smoothly.
What ongoing support will our teams receive, and can we start with a pilot?
Imprint Engine provides ongoing support through global customer service, shipping and tracking help, and end-user support, with higher tiers adding dedicated brand managers, strategy partners, and Slack-based collaboration. Many enterprises start with a specific program or region as a pilot, then expand to a full global ecosystem once the model is proven internally.
How does Imprint Engine handle training and change management for our teams
Imprint Engine supports training and change management with a mix of live onboarding sessions, ongoing support, and self-serve resources. Your teams get hands-on walkthroughs of the IEX platform plus access to the IEX Academy, which offers tutorials, videos, and tips to help everyone—from new users to power users—get the most out of the system and adapt quickly.
How do we keep our team up to date on new IEX features and improvements
To keep your team up to date, Imprint Engine regularly publishes IEX platform updates and releases through an updates hub and IEX Academy content. Your admins and power users can review new features, reporting enhancements, and workflow improvements, then roll them out internally with the help of our documentation and support team.
