This offer only applies to customers who haven’t had an IEX subscription.
Do I need a contract or credit card to start?
A contract is required to be signed, however no charges are applied and a credit card is not required.
Are there any limits during the free period (recipients, SKUs, storage, shipments)?
You are only required to spend at least $15,000 on products
What happens on Jan 31, 2026—do we auto-convert, and what are the options?
Your account will not convert automatically
Can I cancel before the promo ends without penalty?
Yes, you can cancel at any time with no penalty.

How long does it take to launch an IEX hub?
Our team handles the full setup of your IEX Portal. These are usually fully ready to go within 1 business day.
Can you import my recipient list and existing addresses?
Yes, we can import recipient lists into IEX in bulk. Additionally, we can also bulk upload addresses and limit where a recipient can send a gift too. Example: You only want employees sending their gifts to their office instead of their houses.
Do you provide a prebuilt holiday gift collection or can I customize it?
We have access to nearly any product on the planet. We can help come up with ideas and collections for you or with you. Whatever works best for you.
Can we collect addresses now and ship later?
Yes and we encourage that! This helps drastically reduce costs and waste on products you don’t need to order to fulfill a gift order.
Do you offer onboarding help or a concierge setup?
We offer full white glove service the entire time you are using Imprint Engine’s services or products like IEX. Our team is here to help any time.
Pricing & billing
What exactly is free, and what do we still pay for?
The free IEX Express offer covers the use of every feature on our IEX express plan (imprintengine.com/platform) including usage of the IEX Portal to facilitate order collection, inventory and tracking. You only pay for the cost of products and shipping/taxes/duties. Please note this includes packaging and anything additional that goes into the box (tissue paper, crinkle paper, etc)
How are product costs, shipping, taxes, and duties billed?
When you purchase products you will receive an invoice for those products as soon as they are out of production. Shipping, taxes and duties are billed monthly.
Do you accept POs/invoicing, or is it credit card only?
We accept multiple types of payment. Invoices/POs can be paid via Credit Card or ACH.
Are there minimums for orders or recipients?
In order to take advantage of this offer, you must spend at least $15,000 on products. This does not include shipping, taxes or duties.
Is there a storage fee or implementation fee after the promo?
Once the promotional offer ends, regular storage fees will be applied if you choose to continue your IEX Express plan. Implementation fees will be waived however since your IEX Express is already active.

What are the recommended order and ship-by dates for holiday delivery?
Your brand manager will work directly with you insure all in-hands dates are met and clearly communicated. In general, expect longer lead and shipping times for products due to the holiday rush.
Do you ship internationally, and how are customs/duties handled?
We ship to nearly any country in the world. We have offices and warehousing the United States, Europe and India. We have dedicated global support teams that manage the entire shipping process for you.
Can recipients choose sizes/colors/variants at checkout?
Yes no matter the variable selection, users will make that during the selection process.
Can we include custom notes, kitting, or branded packaging?
Yes, each of those and more are available to enhance your holiday gifting experience
Product & inventory
Can we mix multiple gift options or budgets in one campaign?
There’s tons of flexibility depending on how you want your holiday gifting campaign to be setup. Your brand manager will work directly with you to understand your needs and wants.
Can you source on-brand or sustainable products?
EVERY product we create for you will always be on trend, on brand, on budget and on time. We have many sustainable products and options as well.
How do you ensure product quality and decoration accuracy (proofs, QA)?
We have a multi step proofing process and a multi-touch quality assurance process. Our warehouses are managed directly by Imprint Engine employees, not third parties. At any given time, we can physically show you your products in our warehouses.
Can we store leftover inventory for future campaigns?
Yes you can. Just note, that after Jan 31st, 2026, a paid plan will be required in order to store your inventory with Imprint Engine.
Integrations & data
Can we connect IEX to our HRIS/CRM or upload CSVs?
HRIS integrations and CRM integrations are supported but required to have an enterprise plan.
Do you support SSO and role-based access?
IEX does support SSO and role based access but only for Enterprise plans.
Can we export reports for finance and tax purposes?
All data is available for export
Privacy, security & compliance
How is recipient data (names, addresses, preferences) protected?
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, with permissioned access controls. Only authorized team members can view recipient details.
Are you SOC 2/GDPR compliant?
We are both SOC 2 and GDPR compliant.
How long do you retain recipient data, and can we delete it on request?
Data is retained only as long as needed to deliver your program and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time.

What support is included during the promo (hours, response times)?
We offer complete global support for every aspect of your project
Do you offer a dedicated account manager for larger programs?
Depending on the scope of your project(s), a dedicated brand manager will assigned to your account, plus additional support as needed. That being said, you will always work with a brand manager directly.
Where can I see tracking and claim status in real time?
Under the delivery reports section within the IEX portal. Additional tracking for products provided upon ordering.
