2025 IEX Updates
October 13 IEX Production Release – One Link List & UX Improvements
What’s new:
- One Link List View
- Added a new list view to the One Links Manager. Grid view is still available, so you can easily switch between them.
- Both active and inactive One Links are shown in the same view; use the filters at the top of the page to filter your list.
- Customize your column visibility in the table settings.
- To view One Link details, you can:
- Double-click the row
- Use the 3-dot menu → View
- Or right-click → View
- Streamlined One Link deactivation workflow for smoother management.
- Delivery Report Updates
- Hover over a send’s status to view days in status.
- Additional UX Enhancements
- Added a tooltip for the Internal Notes field.
- Campaign List now updates immediately after edits – no page reload needed.
- Bug fixes
October 6 IEX Production Release: UX Improvements
What’s inside:
- New Hire Automated Campaign – Sends are now scheduled for an employee’s actual Start Date instead of one week prior.
- One Link Campaign Editing – It’s now possible to change a single campaign, while still retaining all existing options such as editing items for already added campaigns and converting one link to Pick Your Gift (PYG).
- Backorder terminology – All mentions of Pre-order are now updated to Backorder across the portal.
- Distributor role setup – Added a search bar for the organization dropdown.
- Address Book – Added an optional Company Name field.
- Delivery Reports – Sends now display a
Pick Your Giftlabel for quick identification. - Bug fixes
September 4 IEX Production Release: UX Improvements
What’s New
- One Link Expiration Controls Update
- Set an expiration date, time, and timezone when creating or editing a One Link.
- You can also remove expiration settings in the One Link Manager.
- Expiration is displayed according to each user’s timezone. Example: If a send expires on June 11, 6:00 PM EEST, a CST user will see June 11, 9:00 PM CST in their view.
- Campaign Item Update
- Changes to campaign items now apply to all non-submitted sends and One Links.
- Example: If you update an item in an active campaign, that update will apply to all unclaimed sends and future sends from that campaign.
- Note: These changes do not affect already processed sends.
- Tracking links can now be opened in a new tab directly from the delivery report list.
- Standardised all wording to “Claim link/page” instead of “Delayed shipping link/page” across portal.
- Removed Sender’s Name and Company from the default Claim Link template.
- These tags can still be added via campaign or organization settings.
- The send On Hold date must now be at least one day in the future (today’s date is no longer allowed).
August 14 IEX Production Release: Delivery Reports Grid View Improvements
What’s New
- Refreshed Delivery Reports Grid View:
- Updated order card layout with consolidated key details:
- Copyable order number
- Campaign name
- Sender, receiver, and creator info
- Created & expiration dates
- Business reason and notes (if provided)
- Default actions: View and Copy claim link
- Ability to Cancel or Delete sends directly from Delivery Reports both views via action button
- Action visibility follows existing rules – only available to the right users and orders in right statuses.
- Send Manager Menu Removal
- “Send Manager” menu item removed — its only functions (delete/cancel) are now available in Delivery Reports.
- Bulk Send CSV Updates
- Removed CRM-related fields from file upload.
- Updated example file and added an in-flow banner to help prevent errors
August 11 IEX Production Release: Updated Delivery Reports List View
Delivery Reports Enhancements
- New list view available alongside the existing grid view (toggle anytime).
- Default columns include:
- Order number, Campaign name, Send type (single, bulk, one link, etc), Sender, Receiver, Shipment ID, and Tracking info.
- You can also customize columns shown on the view using the menu on the right. Column selections persist locally per browser.
- Filters & Search
- Filters now simplified into 3 categories: Send type, Department, Dates.
- Search supports: Order number, Sender, Receiver, Creator, Campaign name.
- Interaction Improvements
- Copy-on-hover: Instantly copy fields like Order number, Claim link, Tracking URL.
- Quick Actions:
- Double-click a row to open the summary view.
- Right-click or use the three-dot menu for additional options.
- Cancel/Delete Support
- Cancel or delete sends directly from Delivery reports via actions menu on each row. No need to navigate to Send Manager.
- Action button visibility and availability remain consistent with Send Manager logic — only accessible to appropriate users and sends in the relevant statuses.
July 3 IEX Portal Production Release
What’s new:
- Claim Link & Address Bar: You can now safely copy and share claim links directly from your browser’s address bar.
- However, we still recommend copying the link from the email or the corresponding section in the IEX Portal for accuracy.
- Direct Send Fix: Fixed an issue where users couldn’t proceed with manually entered recipient info (not pulled from CRM).
- Simple users can now edit the expiration date on their own sends.
- Minor UI update to the business reason editing feature.
June 27th – One link activation and new user list view
One Link Activation
- You can now activate previously inactive One Links by clicking the new ‘Activate’ button.

User list view
- INew list view option for the Users page, alongside the existing grid view.

- The grid view remains accessible, and you can switch between views at any time based on your preference.
June 10th – Expiration Date, Time & Timezone Support (Single & Bulk Sends)
- You can now set expiration date, time, and timezone for single and bulk sends in create and edit flows.
- Default expiration setting is: +60 days from the moment of send creation.
- Time is set to 23:59:59 in the user’s browser-detected timezone.
- You can manually select date, time or timezone in the send settings
- The minimum expiration that can be set is 1 hour from the current time.
- Expiration shown in Delivery Reports is converted to your local timezone.
- Example: If a send is set to expire on
June 11 at 6:00 PM EST, a user in CST will see the expiration time asJune 11 at 9:00 AM CSTin their report.
June 2nd – One Link Editing Capabilities (Ongoing update)
Previously, One Link could not be edited after setup, meaning any mistakes required users to start over. With the first set of editing capabilities now live, users can make updates without restarting the process.
Users can now edit the following fields after creating a One Link:
- Summary Details: Title, expiration date, and sender
- Additional Fields: On-hold date, business reason, and internal notes
- Additional Fields: Edit on-hold date, business reason, internal notes
- Shipping: Select shipping options and choose from address book records
- Confirmed Sends: Update this section and add a download option for the send report
- Security Settings: Manage password, domains, and redemption limits
May 26th
- You can now set a custom box image per campaign for claim links.
- For best results, use square images.
- The uploaded image will replace the default across all steps of the claim page.
- One Link Enhancements
- Prevent setting the redemption limit equal to the number of confirmed sends.
- You can now edit 2FA settings for already created One Links:
- Toggle 2FA on/off.
- Manage the recipients list.
- You can now turn off the tracking email for recipients across all send flows.
- By default, recipients receive an email with a tracking link when the order ships.
- If checked, no email will be sent to the recipient at the shipping stage.
- Improved Multi-Tab Handling
- This update primarily affects super admins and distributors.
- Previously, opening multiple portal tabs in the same browser could lead to data inconsistencies, especially when switching organizations.
- Now, if a change is made in one tab, other open tabs will prompt the user to confirm a context switch.
- Simple users can now edit the business reason for their own sends.
May 12th
- You can now download Campaign Reports listing the inventory included in each campaign.
- Available to Super admins, Distributors, and Organization admins.
- Available to super admin, distributor and organization admin;
- MSKU items are currently listed as such in the report. An enhancement to break them down into individual SKUs is logged.
- Webhook updates to create send now supports the following settings:
- Whether the sender should receive emails
- Whether the receiver should receive emails
- Expiration and On Hold date
- Minor UI bug fixes
April 17th
- One Link Edit – Security Settings: You can now add, change, or disable the following for already created One Links:
- Redemption limits
- Password protection
- Allowed domains
- Note: Users can’t enable both 2FA and domain restrictions at the same time. If a user tries to edit a One Link with 2FA enabled and add domains, they’ll see a confirmation message asking if they want to turn off 2FA — with an option to revert the change.
April 12th
- One Link Management – Confirmed Sends Table Enhancements

March 26th
- One Link Editing: You can now update shipping information for existing One Links.
- Editing is available to all One Links within the organization.
- Address changes will only affect sends created after the update is made to a One Link.
- Zip Code Validation: We’ve added validation to zip code fields in both the portal and claim link to ensure only valid zip codes are accepted.
- Tracking URL Update: We’ve removed the fallback scenario that defaulted to USPS when no carrier was provided by the shipping service or we couldn’t match it with the ones existing in the portal.
- The tracking email will still be sent but without a tracking link or button.
- Next, we’ll add two separate fields in the send summary for tracking number and carrier, allowing for manual tracking.
March 11th – Updated One Link Summary layout on management
Redesigned the layout and visual style of the One Link Summary under the One Link Management feature.
Mar 4th – Multiple domain support for One Link email domain limiting
When creating a One Link, you can now limit multiple domains instead of just a single domain.
February 26th – One Link naming
Ability to add a title to One Link for easier reference within the portal. It is the first step in a series of planned updates to enhance One Link management.
February 4th- February 20th – Address Book for IEX Portal flows
This feature allows users to define a list of pre-approved delivery addresses and set specific shipping options per send. Recipients can then select from the predefined addresses.
January 15th – Low Inventory Threshold
You can now enable setting a low inventory threshold for each item you have in inventory. When the inventory count reaches the specified threshold, the item will be flagged in low inventory notifications (portal popup, email).
Past Updates
December 17th, 2024 – Delivery Report – Product Breakdown
A new type of delivery report that provides users with a detailed product breakdown for each send.
November 25th, 2024 – Address book + Shipping option setting for campaigns and One Links.
Ability to manage addresses in the address book per organization. Updated shipping options view, added ability to set default shipping settings per campaign, updated one link flow, updated delayed shipping page with ability for the recipient to select from different options.
November 11th, 2024 – Filter by Fulfillment Center for campaigns
Ability to filter campaigns by fulfillment center in the campaigns list and send flows.
