Look Beyond the Logo. This Is Full Custom.
Most brands settle for a logo on a blank. Not because they don't care, but because nobody showed them what else was possible.
When you go full custom, almost anything is possible. Every product we build is designed around your identity: the material, the construction, the decoration. The result is something people actually want to wear, carry, and keep.

Understanding the Customization Process
There are three ways to think about customization with us. Not quality tiers — every product we make is built to the same standard. What changes is the depth of involvement. The more specific your vision, the more we dig in together. Use these as a starting point for the conversation.

Common Questions
Everything you need to know about building a branded merch program at scale.
We operate as a managed merch partner, not just a vendor. Enterprise clients get a dedicated team — typically a Brand Manager, Brand Associates, and a Brand Director depending on the scale and regions involved — who handle everything from product development and brand consistency to production timelines and global distribution. Most programs are ongoing rather than one-off, and we build the infrastructure around your brand so it runs consistently at scale.
Yes. We ship to over 180 countries across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and Australia. Whether you're outfitting a single HQ or distributing to regional offices and remote employees across multiple continents, we handle the logistics so your team doesn't have to.
Yes. We warehouse your branded inventory and fulfill orders on demand — meaning you can ship to individual employees, new hires, or event attendees as needed without placing a bulk order every time. We also support ad hoc individual orders alongside larger program runs.
Yes. We work within standard corporate procurement structures — purchase orders, net terms, KUPA, and other vendor compliance requirements. If you have an existing vendor program or procurement workflow, we're set up to fit into it.
Minimums vary by product and customization level. If you're running a program at scale, minimums are rarely a barrier — reach out and we'll give you specifics based on what you're looking for.
The best first step is a conversation. We'll get a sense of your program scope — products, regions, volume, and timeline — and put together a recommendation from there. No artwork or final decisions needed upfront.
They're not quality levels — every product we build is held to the same standard. The tiers describe how deep we go together. Subtle means we're working within a familiar silhouette and making it distinctly yours through material choices and finishing details. Signature means we're incorporating custom fabrication and construction that makes the product feel built-in rather than decorated. Showcase means we're starting from scratch — fully bespoke development where the product itself is the brand statement.
It usually comes down to two things: your timeline and how specific your vision is. If you know what you want and need it moving quickly, Subtle is often the right starting point. If you have a clear brand direction and want something that couldn't exist anywhere else, Signature or Showcase is where we go. We'll help you figure out the right fit during the initial conversation — no decisions needed upfront.
Yes, and it's actually pretty common. A lot of programs will run a Subtle everyday item alongside a Showcase piece reserved for key moments — think a standard branded hoodie for all-staff alongside a fully custom jacket for leadership or events. We'll help you think through which products warrant the investment at each level.
Generally, yes. Subtle products move faster because we're working within established structures. Signature and Showcase involve more development rounds — material sourcing, sample approvals, construction refinements — so they require more runway. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the start of every project so there are no surprises.
Right now we offer custom apparel, bags, hats, and socks — with more categories on the way. Within each category there are multiple product styles, and every one of them can be customized across materials, construction, decoration, and finishing details. If you're looking for something specific that isn't listed, reach out — we may be able to source it.
Yes — and that's actually one of the things that separates full custom from standard decorated blanks. Depending on the product and tier, you can choose from a range of materials, weights, and constructions. Material selection is part of the design conversation, not an afterthought.
We offer a wide range of decoration methods including flat embroidery, screen printing, dye sublimation, emboss/deboss, heat transfer vinyl, laser etching, pad printing, woven labels, and various patch types — among others. The right method depends on the product, material, and the look you're going for. We'll recommend what works best for your specific application.
Yes. We work from Pantone references to match brand colors as precisely as the chosen material and decoration method allow. Some materials and techniques hold color more accurately than others — we'll be upfront about what to expect and show you samples before production runs.
Lead times vary by product type and customization level. Subtle products generally move faster than Signature or Showcase, which require development and sample approval rounds. We'll give you a specific timeline at the start of every project. If you have a hard deadline, tell us early — we'll build the schedule around it or tell you honestly what's achievable.
Yes. For most custom programs we produce a pre-production sample for your approval before we run the full order. This is your opportunity to evaluate the material, construction, color accuracy, and decoration before anything is committed at scale. We won't move to production until you've signed off.
It depends on the product and what's in stock or in development. Rush production is possible in some cases and not others — we won't promise what we can't deliver. Reach out with your timeline and we'll tell you what's realistic.
We handle logistics end to end — from production through delivery to your specified locations. For large programs this often includes warehousing inventory with us and fulfilling on demand. We ship to over 180 countries and can coordinate multi-location or phased deliveries as part of a broader program structure.
Pricing is based on a combination of factors: product type, materials selected, decoration method, customization depth, and order quantity. Because every program is built to spec, we quote per project rather than publishing fixed prices. Volume generally brings the per-unit cost down — we'll show you the full picture so you can make an informed decision.
Minimums vary by product and customization level. Some products have lower minimums than others, and Showcase-tier development naturally requires a higher commitment to justify the build investment. We'll be upfront about minimums during the quoting process so you can plan accordingly.
Start by reaching out through the contact form or booking a call. We'll ask about the products you're interested in, your approximate quantities, timeline, and any brand direction you have. From there we put together a detailed quote. You don't need final artwork or firm decisions to start the conversation.
For Showcase-tier programs that require significant development work — pattern making, material sourcing, custom construction — there may be development costs involved. These are outlined clearly in your quote before anything moves forward. Subtle and Signature programs typically don't carry separate development fees.
